				Dear Internet, Welcome to March, in the year 2010, a generally different world from the one you expected... This is a busy month - Product releases, film premiers and cooperative projects. First is Design March in Reykjavík, comprised of the Reykjavík Design Days and at the Reykjavík Fashion Festival in conjunction with Hönnunarmiðstöð Íslands - The Icelandic Design Centre... beginning this weekend. For our submission to the festival we present our film GARROTE [SR121] and our new non-products in our store The Armoury. Premier Screening time: Friday March 19 as part of the catwalk presentations beginning at 20 00. The RFF is located at O.J.Kaaber house, Sætún 8 Reykjavík. The film will then be showing in The Armoury during the rest of the festival. GARROTE, a necklace and a film, is performed by Heba Eir Jónasdóttir Kjeld and River Carmalt. In Other News, We have been nominated for the DV Cultural Award in the Design category here in Iceland Our collaboration with Joey Roth is under way.  We are redesigning his ceramic speakers for an exhibition to be presented during NY design week in spring.  Also in the show is artist Tobias Wong, director David Lynch, designer Stanley Ruiz, and illustrator Sougwen Chung Ben Frost is nominated for Album of the Year, (classical/ contemporary) at the Icelandic Music Awards for BY THE THROAT. Megan Herbert will be presenting a set of products designed for LYNG. The products, coffee and cake stencils, will be presented at Kokka, Laugavegi 47, as part of Reykjavik Design Days.
