Jacket in faux sheepskin with briefcase locks, 90° and 45° seams
remake of an early ST Collaborate Jakit from original March 2002
"she crosses borders betwixt the first materials used by man, topographic landscape and the reflex of intellectual privacy"
there was a new set process work employed here in the new version:
-the fabric is sprayed with car enamel to take the shine off the nap -the briefcase locks have been de-constructed, the gold finish sanded off, and re-sprayed with a hammered metal finish giving an over all appearance of a 50's school-locker -the piece recreated from the 2002 original for Melbournes notorious interactive designer super villians ENESS.
